The property comes first.
Most property software is built for the front desk, or the channel manager, or the OTA. The person actually running the place is one owner wearing twelve hats, with no time to learn another dashboard. Those are different shapes, and the software usually wins.
We build the other way. We start from the property itself: what it is, what it could be, and the handful of moves between the two. The systems sit underneath, quiet. The owner gets a place that finally looks and books like the place it is.
One team, the whole property.
The website, the brand, the photography, the revenue strategy, the channel setup: one team, the same people who walked the grounds. Not five freelancers who never speak, each solving a slice and leaving the seams to the owner.
A small property cannot justify a full-time revenue manager, a web team, and a photographer on staff. It does not have to. It gets ours, shared across the properties we run, for a fraction of any one of them.
Built in, not signed up.
Every property on Waypoint was set up by us, in person: the grounds walked, the site built, the rates reviewed, the channels connected. When something needs doing, a person does it. The dashboard shows the owner the whole arc, from the honest before to a property running on its own.
That attention does not scale by signup form, so for now Waypoint grows by conversation, a few properties at a time, from Jamaica.
